1. Who we are

This policy covers personal information processed by JIN Talent Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and JIN Talent Human Resources Services (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. Data requests: privacy@jintalent.com.

2. What we collect

• Contact form: name, email, company (optional), topic and message — collected only with your consent tick.
• Candidate profiles: CVs and career information sent to us voluntarily or collected with consent for specific roles.
• Client contacts: business contact details of employer representatives.

3. How we use it

• To respond to enquiries and deliver contracted services.
• To match candidates to roles — only after obtaining the candidate’s consent, and never publishing CVs or publishing personal information.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing and transfer

We share candidate information with a client company only after the candidate has given prior consent for that specific opportunity. Where information is transferred across borders (for example between China and overseas clients), we do so on the basis of consent and applicable law.

The contact form on this website is delivered through a third-party form relay service, FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). What you submit is forwarded to our mailbox through their servers, and that service retains submission records for up to 30 days. Apart from this, we do not provide your personal information to any third party.

5. Retention and your rights

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent at privacy@jintalent.com.

6. Security

Access to personal information is limited to staff who need it for delivery. We do not sell personal information.
