Joy Jin
Founder & Principal Consultant
Joy Jin has 12+ years of talent acquisition and search experience. She began her recruitment career in 2013 and previously served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at SF Express headquarters.
Her recruitment experience covers cross-border payments, fintech, treasury, finance, risk, compliance, legal, human resources, supply chain, commercial and operations roles, alongside renewable energy, technology and industrial hiring.
Combining in-house talent acquisition with agency and executive search experience, Joy helps clients clarify complex roles, map relevant talent markets, conduct targeted outreach and coordinate assessment, offer discussions and joining arrangements.
