Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of the JIN Talent website and, unless a signed engagement letter says otherwise, to the recruitment services we provide. By using the website or engaging us, you accept them.

About these terms
JIN Talent is operated by 上海望云逐月科技有限公司 and 重庆望云逐月人力资源服务有限公司. These terms form an agreement between you and the entity that actually provides the service. Questions about these terms: contact@jintalent.com.
Our services
We provide recruitment and talent advisory services to employers, career advisory to professionals, and sourcing and project support to recruitment partners. The scope of each engagement is agreed in writing before work begins.
Engagements and fees
Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are confirmed in writing before an engagement starts. Invoices are payable in the currency and within the period stated in the engagement letter. Where an engagement is exclusive, the terms of exclusivity are set out in the same letter.
Candidates pay nothing
Applying for any role we publish is free. Candidates are never charged by JIN Talent for being considered, introduced or hired. Career advisory is an optional paid service that a professional chooses to buy, and is separate from any application.
No guarantee of outcome
We do not promise an offer, employment, a referral or a visa, and we do not guarantee that a search will result in a hire. We recommend candidates on the basis of the information available to us. Clients make their own hiring decisions and candidates make their own career decisions.
Confidentiality and data
Both sides keep information received during an engagement confidential, subject to legal requirements. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Notice. Candidate details are never published and are shared only for specific roles with the candidate's knowledge.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, layout, graphics and the JIN Talent name and logo, belongs to us or is used with permission. It may not be copied or reused commercially without our written consent.
Limitation of liability
The website is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, and our total liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are submitted to the competent court at the seat of the entity that provides the service. We may update these terms; the date at the top will change. Translations are provided for convenience and the English version governs where permitted by applicable law.
